HEY YOU!IM NOT!you posted on MY spamtaro fan picture and i cam to tell you you you...ugh i cant say but i even asked rubberninja if i could make spam taro and he said i could i made this i really did so whats wrong with you this took me a very long time to do i just made him i did not freakin steal it now lay off
Well as its been discussed, poses can't be "stolen" so, there's not much point.. I'd advise you though, if you did infact copy the pictures from the artists I pointed out, at least make a note of that in your descriptions. Comman sense, and you won't be accused of these things.
I've made note that i've used references in my pics (although I think just on my DA account.) but if you have such a big problem with it, then don't look at my stuff. It's that simple. Commen sense
I'm not maing a fuss here. I only stated what I saw. I don't have to go looking all through your DA gallery to see if you'd put it there. I only stated putting it in the details because it wasn't there when I looked at the images -here-. I came across your stuff randomly, and noticed the poses. *shrugs* Whats said is said, no more to say. I'm not reporting you so get over it.
Its obvious they are copied, but you cant copyright a pose, because poses in art are based off of real life anyway, and there is only so many ways a person can draw fucking and sitting and laying down
as long as a person isnt stealing characters or ideas or taking credit for something they themselves did not draw, then I cant see much of a problem.
If you feel annoyed tell the admins, they can deal with it better than we can.
Its ok :)
I can understand why you feel it may be art theft, and I can agree in some ways, but at the end of the day its very hard to claim ownership to a pose.
I looked at that guys art, and he changed the way he drew it eneogh for it to be considered his own stuff...
I am not overly sure on the rules of this kinda thing, I advise asking an admin here :)
